Beacon Quality is now EASE

For the past several months, our team has been working to make many exciting changes! In collaboration with our brand agency, Monigle, we’ve spoken to many customers, industry experts as well as our own employees to gain insights to inform the new brand and direction. As part of this update, our company and flagship product name (Beacon Quality) have been consolidated to be just EASE in an effort to strengthen our identity and lessen any confusion. To quote one of our customers, “EASE gets at the mission of what they’re building.”
From a visual perspective you’ll notice a completely different, and bold, color palette as well as a refreshed logo on all the web and application pages. These changes were reflected in the EASE Web application the week of Monday, April 13th 2020 and the mobile apps on iOS and Android the following week. Although there’s a new and distinct look to everything, you can still expect the same seamless auditing experience combining simplicity with real-time data insights to keep your plant on track and your customers happy.
More Than Just a Logo
Of course, brand is so much more than just a logo or visual identity; it’s the foundation of strategic decision making and the guidepost for who we are as an organization. Most importantly, it’s our commitment that we make to you as our customers.
Not surprisingly, much of our thinking has been informed by conversations with customers. You told us how much you appreciate the product’s EASE of use (see what I did there?), the value you place in our service and support, as well as the expertise we have in plant floor audits and ‘doing them right’ – as in the case of layered process audits. You also spoke of the value that EASE is bringing to your businesses and how it improves customer collaboration and supports the overall goal of continuous improvement.
We’ll be sharing more details of our broader vision with you over the coming months, expanding on everything you already love about using EASE for plant floor audits and insights.
With Our Customers in Mind
The EASE Summit would have been a great opportunity to connect with our customers in person to highlight future product directions, but in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve made the decision to cancel the 2020 in-person event. The good news though, is we have already committed to the EASE Summit for 2021. It will take place in exciting Nashville, Tennessee on May 5th, 2021. This way, we can keep your team and ours safe as well as give you lots of notice to pencil this in your calendar now. In the absence of this event you can look forward to new virtual ways to connect with us later in 2020.
