New and improved tools for managing your calendar.
Never miss an audit due to planned time off.
We’re removing bottlenecks by enabling your team to submit PTO requests from their own calendar! Your admins can then approve & reassign or reject & comment on submitted time-off requests. If time off gets rejected for any reason, requestors will see an update that they can review and acknowledge on the My Activity page.
And on top of that, your team won’t miss an audit due to a day off. When approving time-off requests, your admins will have the option to reassign planned audits or delete them altogether.
Enhancements for your questions & documents.
Get more from your audits & inspections.
We’ve added new options for you to preview and share your documents! You can quickly generate a PDF version of a specific document to print out, share, or upload to your internal database. CSV file more your style? You can export a .csv file containing specific details related to the questions in your document.
And for your randomized questions, you now have the option to prioritize questions that have failed within the past 30 days. This gives your team the ability to pay special attention to problem areas without sacrificing the variety that keeps people engaged.

Communicate the nuance of a failure and irrefutably document the details of an audit by enabling your team to record videos for audits, inspections, findings, & more. Download videos captured on the frontline and share them with your team to help others better understand what good — or even bad — looks like.

The March 2024 Product Release contains many more enhancements to EASE functionality. Some of those improvements not listed above include:
- Add more fields to your documents for more granular insights from your data.
- Exclude parent questions from reports to more accurately reflect the results of the assessment.
- Quickly identify Findings the were closed in assessment.
- Monitor the average assessment score by location with a new panel in Reports.
Availability
EASE March 2024 Product Release enhancements will be released throughout the coming weeks. EASE releases most new features and enhancements to customers quarterly, in addition to monthly service packs containing additional enhancements and bug fixes.
