Global Digital Quality Manager at Tenneco
Raja is the Global Digital Quality Manager of Tenneco, a leader there for nearly a decade, he is based in the greater Metro Detroit area.
In his tenure at Tenneco, he started in Quality before leading Continuous Improvement and is now responsible for digital quality. Previously he worked for Ethicon, J&J, manufacturing medical devices.
He earned his Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University – Go Tigers!

Fred Goedtel
Manufacturing Consultant at The Luminous Group
Fred Goedtel has an impressive 45-year career in the automotive industry – 28 years at General Motors, 12 years with FCA, and 5 years at Valiant. During those years, he held a variety of engineering/operation positions from Process Engineer to Vice President.
Fred received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and his master’s degree in Business Administration from Oakland University.

Shiva Venkataraman
Senior Director – Advance Manufacturing at Stanley Black & Decker
Now the Senior Director – Advance Manufacturing at Stanley Black & Decker, Shiva has held various leadership roles in manufacturing globally at Dana Incorporated, GT Technologies, and Delphi.
To drive successful transformation, Shiva applies his cross-functional team leadership expertise with his passion for Lean manufacturing and quality excellence. His dedication to global quality and people development led his team being recognized with the prestigious Dana’s Diamond award multiple times.
He earned his Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. Shiva is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.
